Olympic Spinach Dip Recipe

This Olympic Spinach Dip recipe makes a very thick dip that is best served with a thick, strong cracker. If you prefer to thin it out (more cream, less spinach), add more mayo or 1 cup of sour cream.
What You Need
2 10-oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup chopped parsley
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 teaspoons chopped onion
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
What To Do
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Chill at least four hours before serving.
