Spinach and Artichoke Dip Recipe

What You Need
1 16-oz. carton sour
1 1-oz. envelope Hidden Valley Ranch Original Ranch Party Dip mix
1 14-oz. can artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained, chopped
1 10-oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1 2-oz. jar diced pimientos, rinsed, drained
1 large round loaf bread
1 large round loaf bread, cut in half
What To Do
1. Add sour cream and dip mix to medium bowl and combine.
2. Stir in artichoke hearts, spinach and pimientos.
3. Take the whole round bread loaf and slice off the top, then hollow out the center leaving a 1-inch-thick shell. Reserve removed bread pieces.
4. Spoon dip mixture into bread shell. Take second loaf and cut the halves into bread cubes.
Note: Dip can be served warm or cold. Dip bread pieces, and/or fresh vegetables. To serve warm, place dip in preheated 400F oven for 20-25 minutes.
