Spinach Dip in Pumpernickel Recipe
What You Need
1 10-oz. package frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 packet Knorr's Swiss Vegetable Soup mix
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups sour cream
1 8-oz. can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 round pumpernickel loaf
What To Do
1. In a bowl, mix all dip ingredients. Chill at least 6 hours.
2. When ready to serve, scoop out the center of the pumpernickel loaf; reserve removed bread and cut into squares or tear into pieces for dipping.
