A cold coffee drink that is popular in European bistros and coffee houses. This is a fun recipe because you can increase or decrease any of the ingredients to suit your tastes.
What You Need
1-2 teaspoons instant coffee (to suit your taste)
Sugar to taste
Water (in proportion to coffee)
What To Do
1. Add instant coffee, sugar, water and ice cubes to shaker and shake vigorously.
2. Pour into fluted glass. Top should be frothed.
3. Add milk to taste.
