Tropical Smoothie Recipe
What You Need
• 1 ripe mango peeled, pitted and diced
• 1 medium ripe papaya, peeled and diced
• 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and diced
• 1 banana, peeled and diced
• 1 cup lowfat plain or vanilla yogurt

What To Do
1. Add fruit to blender and combine.

2. Add yogurt and blend until thick.

Tip: If you prefer a thinner smoothie, decrease yogurt to a half-cup and add a half-cup of lowfat milk.
