This Apple Bread recipe makes 2 loaves.
What You Need
4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 cups sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup sour cream
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cup chopped apples
1 cup chopped nuts
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 350F; grease and flour two loaf pans.
2. Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
3. Separately, combine sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, sour cream and vanilla, and beat well. Add to dry ingredients and blend.
4. Fold in apples and nuts.
5. Transfer to loaf pans; bake 1 hour or until loaves test done.
